Xavier University is a private, Catholic, Jesuit University established in 1831 with a beautiful campus located in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Xavier University has been recognized for the past 20 years as one of the nation’s best Midwestern colleges and universities by US News and World Report.  Its three colleges offer 90 undergraduate majors, 57 minors and 19 graduate programs to 6,545 total students, including 4,540 undergraduates. The University is the sixth-oldest Catholic university in the United States and one of 28 Jesuit colleges and universities in the U.S.  

Nigerian Community in Cincinnati

The Nigerian Association of Greater Cincinnati Area (NAGCA) promotes connections between Nigerian and American culture and presents the Nigerian Festival of Art and Culture (NAIJAFEST) to celebrate Nigerian independence day.  The Nigerian Association of Pharmacists and Pharmaceutical Scientists in the Americas, Inc. has its headquarters in Cincinnati and the Redeemed Christian Church of God has two locations in Greater Cincinnati.  Yakoyo Nigerian Restaurant is a wonderful place for authentic Nigerian cuisine.
