Inside Xavier is pleased to spotlight the University's monthly Employee Recognition Program, which publicly recognizes individuals who consistently reflect our Jesuit mission in terms of being men and women for others, consistently go the extra mile in their efforts and consistently put Xavier's interests ahead of their own. Honorees are selected by the President's Cabinet. If you would like to nominate someone for employee recognition, please fill out our nomination form.
Trinity Lamping, Communications Coordinator, Office of the Annual Fund and Alumni Relations
Trinity reflects the Jesuit mission in her work as she routinely goes the extra mile to get things done. She has gained the trust and respect of her coworkers because of her ability to work independently and the Office of the Annual Fund and Alumni Relations has succeeded in significant projects thanks to her efforts. The Ambassador Program, Quad Tours, monthly Cincinnati Chapter Networking and the Chapter Challenge have been successful because of her time, talent and effort directed toward each project.
Dianne Fisk, Executive Director for Parent Relations, Office of Parent Relations
Dianne embodies the Office of Parent Relations, serving as an ombudsperson who helps families resolve issues and concerns by putting them in touch with the right campus resources. The new web-based parent newsletter she developed has helped to best serve parents and families. She spends a lot of time on the road raising funds for the University. The Parent Send-Off Program in various cities welcomes families to Xavier and gives them key information to share with their sons or daughters before they come to Xavier. Diane truly exemplifies the Jesuit mission of being a woman for others.
If you know an employee who goes above and beyond to make Xavier
a better place for all, nominate him or her using the online form.
