Technology Support

Technical Support

Technology Support provides support for the University's servers, data network, campus wire and fiber plant and the telephone system. Technology Support is responsible for the administration, maintenance, operation and security of the university's central computing infrastructure, such as the servers as well as the services these systems provide to the university community, such as email. The campus data and telecommunications networks are also the responsibility of Technology Support.

The three major areas of service are as follows:

  • Network Infrastructure which includes both data and voice
  • Server Administration
  • Security
