Xavier University, an AACSB accredited Jesuit University in the Catholic tradition, invites applications for a tenure track position at the Assistant Professor rank in the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship beginning in the Fall 2013.  We welcome applicants with specializations in Operations Management, with preference given to those who have a secondary field in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or Organizational Behavior/SHRM.  Salary will be competitive.  They are expected to be excellent teachers, innovative in their approach to teaching in the undergraduate and MBA programs, and active scholars engaging in individual and collaborative research activity leading to publication in quality outlets.  Applicants are expected to have completed their PhD prior to the start of the Fall 2013 semester.
