ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR

Xavier University, a AACSB accredited Catholic University in the Jesuit tradition, invites applications for a full-time tenure track position at the Assistant Professor / Associate Professor rank in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship. Starting in the Fall of 2010, the position entails teaching at the undergraduate and MBA levels in the area of Human Resource Management and a secondary area [Leadership and/or Health Care Management]. A doctoral degree in Management from an AACSB accredited university is required by the start of the appointment. Faculty are expected to be excellent teachers with an outstanding record of teaching at the MBA level, active scholars with a record of recent research in peer reviewed publications and be engaged in service to the college and community. Practical management experience of three or more years in organizations is preferred.
