Find A Doctor 

1. Go to www.humana.com
2. Click on the “Find a Doctor” tab in the middle of the screen, then click on the blue “Find a Doctor” button.
3. A pop-up box will open.  In the box on the right side of the screen, click the “Employer Group Plan” button, enter the zip code then click “Go.”
4. On the next screen select “National POS – Open Access” from the drop down box.
5. You can search by radius from a specific address or by county.
6. You will then be able to search by provider type or specific provider.
