Welcome to Open Enrollment 2012
It is that time of the year when the University enters its annual open enrollment process. We are pleased to provide you with information pertaining to your 2012 Benefits Enrollment. At the conclusion of your enrollment, you will be able to view the value of your benefit package as a component of your total compensation.
The university's annual open enrollment period is from November 14 to November 29.
Who should participate in Open Enrollment
- All Full-Time benefit eligible Xavier employees must participate in the open enrollment process.
- Eligible employees currently on Xavier's benefits who wish to continue must go to the employee services tab on the MYXU portal, Employee Services Tab, Benefits Information Channel to access 2012 benefits open enrollment link to update information and make all necessary changes.
- Eligible employees who do not wish to elect Xavier's benefits must go to the employee services tab on the MYXU portal, Benefits Information Channel to access 2012 benefits open enrollment link to decline all benefits.
4 Recommended Steps
Step1
- Be proactive. Review your current benefits:
- Go to the MYXU Portal – Employee Services Tab – Benefits Information Channel
- Know this information before logging on to make 2012 elections
Step 2
- Review 2012 benefits
- Learn about 2012 changes, including rates
Step 3
- Attend an Open Enrollment session
- Obtain more information and have your questions answered
Step 4
- Access the on-line enrollment website through your MYXU Portal beginning November 14 and elect or decline Xavier’s benefits.
- This must be completed by November 29th
