Flexible Spending/Reimbursement Account

  • Over the counter items - don't be confused.....you may use your Benny pre-paid card to purchase a variety of over the counter items.  Take a look at the following brief list of products.
  • All employees electing medical flexible spending/reimbursement account will have access to a benny card.  Any paper claim form submitted will be reimbursed by direct deposit only. All FSA participants must have a direct deposit form on file with Chard-Snyder. 
  • Employees electing the high deductible health plan, will only have access to a limited medical flexible spending/reimbursement account

Avesis Vision Plan

  • Decrease in vision rates by 5½ %
  • Enhancement in vision benefits
