Campus Transformation

Xavier’s rising national profile is bringing increased interest from students across the country.

To better support that interest, the learning environment on campus has been dramatically enhanced by the recent opening of the James E. Hoff, S.J., Academic Quad. The Quad features two signature buildings, the Michael J. Conaton Learning Commons and Stephen and Dolores Smith Hall, new home of the Williams College of Business.

Soon, campus will be further transformed through the completion of a sprawling new residence and dining complex, which is on schedule to open in August.

All new construction has been designed to meet or exceed the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED Silver standards and supported by private donations through To See Great Wonders: The Campaign for Xavier.

And, though not part of the Quad itself, campus construction continues on a new residence and dining complex.
