Allergy Services

Allergy shots are given only when a physician is on site. Each individual should set up a regular appointment day/time for injections.

Options for appointment times will be within the following days/ hours:

• Monday:
  • 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM
  • 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
• Tuesday:
  • 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
• Wednesday:
  • 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM
  • 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
• Thursday:
  • 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
• Friday:
  • 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM
  • 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

A modest fee of $10.00 for one injection and $15.00 for two injections will be charged and billed to your bursar account. The Health and Wellness Center does not bill insurance companies but on request will provide you with the necessary paperwork to do so.

Allergy shots are given only with serum and clear instructions from private allergists. To ensure this, whenever new vials are brought to the Health and Wellness Center all information on the Allergy Immunotherapy Check List is expected to have been completed by your Allergist’s office. It is your responsibility to obtain the completed Allergy Immunotherapy Check List from your Allergist. It is your responsibility to provide the Health and Wellness Center with completed paperwork. Allergy shots will not be administered until accurate complete paperwork is on file.
