For emergency situations required, there are several hospitals and urgent care facilities in the area. If time permits, you should check with your insurance provider to verify coverage at the hospital you choose to go to. The physicians at Xavier University have admission privileges at Good Samaritan Hospital.

Good Samaritan Hospital

• Directions: From Xavier University, follow Dana Avenue east and turn right onto Montgomery Road. Turn right onto Interstate 71 south and take the Taft Road exit. Follow Taft Road until it dead ends into Clifton Avenue. Turn right on Clifton Avenue. The hospital is located approximately one mile on the left. Drive time is 15 minutes.

Group Health Associates Urgent Care - Clifton

• Phone: Call (513) 872-2061 for an appointment and identify yourself as a Xavier University student.
• Directions: From Xavier University, follow Dana Avenue east and turn right onto Montgomery Road. Turn right onto Interstate 71 south and exit at Taft Road. Turn right at the second traffic signal onto Reading Road, and then turn left onto Martin Luther King Boulevard. The Urgent Care center is at the corner of Clifton Avenue and Martin Luter King Boulevard.

• Directions: From Xavier University, Follow Dana Avenue west Victory Parkway and turn right onto Victory Parkway. Victory Parkway will end at Reading Road; turn left at the junction. Follow Reading Road and turn right onto Martin Luther King Drive. Turn right onto Burnet Avenue and then left on Goodman. The parking garage is off Goodman.
