Welcome Desk

Like the GSC, the student Welcome Desk is staffed 24/7 during the academic year, excluding holidays. The Welcome Desk provides information to the campus community and the public, general referral and maintains current student and staff telephone numbers. Information provided at the Welcome Desk includes: visitors guides, campus maps, bus schedules, city and campus telephone directories, apartment rental and safety guides.
Services provided by the Welcome Desk include:

• An inventory of 37 wireless laptop pcs is maintained and available for checkout to Xavier students. Print commands can be sent from anywhere in the GSC to the Welcome Desk printer for pickup.
• An inventory of 20+ board games is available for checkout by Xavier students.
• Lost & found pickup and drop off.
