Facility Reservations
The Gallagher Student Center has a variety of meeting and event space available by request for campus offices, recognized student organizations and external groups. Space is reserved on a first come first serve basis. As members of the Xavier community, recognized student clubs and organizations, faculty/staff/administrators are not charged a room rental fee. External groups are charged room rental fees based on the requested space and time as well as possible equipment costs. Reservations can be made by contacting the Gallagher Student Center Office Secretary at 513-745-3205, by visiting the GSC office located behind the Welcome Desk, or through our on-line web reservation system.
Recreation
The GSC provides pool tables for recreational use for the Xavier community and its guests. They are set on "free play" and are located on the first floor of the GSC. This program is co-sponsored by the GSC office and Xavier's Student Government Association.
Off-Campus Shuttle
Sponsored by the Division of Student Affairs and the Student Government Association and is managed by the Gallagher Student Center office. Its mission is to provide Xavier students shuttle service between the university's campus and surrounding neighborhoods. The shuttles run on a fixed route. Xavier students must show their All Card and non-students must be accompanied by a Xavier student. No alcohol is permitted on the shuttle.

Box Office
The GSC Box Office sell tickets for the Department of Music and Theatre MainStage productions. The Box Office is located in the lower level (near the theater). The Box Office is now selling tickets for The Taming of the Shrew, which will be performed at 8pm March 21-24, 2013.
Box Office hours are be 4-6pm. On performance nights we will also be open 7-9pm. The Box Office phone # is 513-745-3939.
