Commuter Services

The Gallagher Student Center provides information and programs for Xavier’s traditional commuter student population. Information regarding: how to rent an apartment or house, off-campus housing available for rent and commuter programs can be obtained by accessing the links on the left. In addition, the Welcome Desk on the first floor of the Gallagher Student Center provides information to the campus community including: general referral, current student and staff telephone numbers, visitors guides, campus maps, bus schedules, city telephone directories, apartment rental and safety guides.

Students:

Commuter Programs and information are announced regularly via e-mail and announcements on the "Commuter Students" group page on the MyXu portal. If you would like to receive these e-mails, please join the commuter group on the portal. You may also stop by the Commuter Services desk at the Welcome Desk in Gallagher Student Center to inquire about any events.

Off-campus housing availability information is maintained by the Gallagher Student Center office. This information is maintained throughout the calendar year and is provided as a service to Xavier students. The properties listed are not endorsed by the University. For the protection of our students the GSC office does not maintain a “roommates wanted” page.

The property will be listed for 60 days. Please notify our office if the property rents before this time period has expired. If you would like to email a picture of the property (outside only), you may do so. Please make sure the file is saved in a jpeg file format.
