What is your most significant leadership or involvement experience?
My most significant leadership experience includes my role as sustainability intern
here at Xavier and as a children’s choir leader for the last three years at a
local church.
Who inspires you?
I’m inspired by those who exude passion, lead quietly and by example, and are not
afraid to stand up for what they believe in.
Who is your leadership role model?
My leadership role model is my grandmother. She raised nine kids by
herself after my grandfather’s death and is one of the most humble and
inspiring people I’ve ever encountered.
What is the one thing you would like to see happen at Xavier?
I would like to see a Sustainability Director hired at Xavier. The role would be a full-time position dedicated fully to sustainable work on Xavier’s campus. Such a position would take this university’s sustainability movement to another level entirely.

The Sustainability Interns work directly with the Sustainability Committee and Student Government to initiate tangible change on Xavier's campus.
