East Campus
East Campus is a 32-acre site that offers a wealth of development possibilities to complement the campus environment.
The new Learning Commons and Williams College of Business building represent the first phase of Xavier's campus transformation and are the focus of immediate gift needs. But two long-standing University buildings loom large in the second phase of the project, slated to begin in 2012. Significant renovation and modification bring Alter Hall and McDonald Library in line with students' expectations and demands, providing students with resources that help them not only succeed in their chosen fields, but also shape the future of the larger world.
