Leadership Studies Doctoral Program (EdD) Information Session

Please join us for an information session to learn more about the Leadership Studies Doctoral Program (Ed.D) and what it's like to be a doctoral student at Xavier.  Attendees will meet with the Program Director and current doctoral students to discuss curriculum, schedules, admission, and financial aid.

This interdisciplinary doctoral program is open to anyone who holds a master's degree from any field and focuses on developing authentic organizational and community leaders in a specialized area of application (cognate); multiple cognate specializations are available in a growing number of application areas, including: Human & Organizational Development, Community & Non-Profit Leadership, K-12 Education, Higher Education and Health Services Administration.

Human Resource Development Information Session

The Xavier University Master of Science in Human Resource Development program invites all those interested in learning more about this program to an Information Session.  Faculty and alumni will be there to answer questions and share their experiences about this one weekend a month cohort program that begins each Fall.  Admissions staff will also be there to answer any questions about applying for the program and available financial aid.

Miller Analogy Test Workshop

The Office of the Graduate School at Xavier University will be hosting a Miller's Analogy Test Workshop on Thursday, April 14 from 4-9 p.m. The workshop will feature basic test taking strategies to help improve your overall score. Space is limited to the first 30 people who register and the cost of the workshop is $30.

This is a great way to help improve your score on the MAT as well as increase your comfort level with taking the test. At the workshop you will have the opportunity to purchase the Barron's Guide to the Miller's Analogy Test for $18.14. The Barron's Guide is the text we recommend for preparing for the MAT exam. We are only able to accept Cash or Check.

Off-Site M.Ed. Information Sessions

Xavier University provides core M.Ed. classes at five locations in the greater Cincinnati area, plus a complete M.Ed./licensure program in Educational Leadership at Wilmington High School and a complete M.Ed. program in Elementary and Secondary Education at Middletown Fenwick High School.

In addition to the convenience, all classes taken at off-site locations cost $110 less per credit hour than those at Xavier's main campus. If you take nine credits at any off-site location you will save nearly $1,000 and receive the last class in your program for free!
