Leadership development occurs all over campus at Xavier University. Whether you are in class, participating in a club or team sport, performing community service, or leading a campus organization, opportunities to develop leadership skills are endless at Xavier.

Xavier's new student orientation program is designed especially for new students. It's an opportunity to meet the people with whom you will be spending the next few years, to figure out where your classes are, to experience the fun of college before classes start and to meet upper-class students who will show you the ropes. One primary goal of Manresa is for students to make the transition to life at Xavier.
With over 100 campus clubs, organizations, performing arts, service programs, and club and intramural sports, we're sure to have just the style and size for you. So, stop by the Residential Mall each Fall to sign-up for anything that interests you.
A family-focused weekend including athletic games, art exhibits and special events for students, their parents and any siblings.
The men's and women's basketball seasons tip-off each November. And, since students get free admission to all home games, and since we have plenty of blue body paint, it's a Xavier must-do.
A traditional celebration of the season when the Xavier family gets to play Santa and spread some joy to children from neighboring communities.
Grab your skis and snowboards, or just tag along for some fun at this Student Activities Council-sponsored winter party at nearby slopes.
Each February, employers in Cincinnati, throughout the midwest and nationally flock to the Cintas Center to meet talented Xavier students interested in finding out more about career opportunities and summer or semester-long internships.
At Xavier, for most students, it's not the typical spring break. Many of our students choose to take an alternative spring break; one in which they help and support a local community in need for a week. It's just one more way Xavier students showcase their willingness to be men and women for others.
It's college night at Great American Ball Park, and you're invited to SAC's annual trip. As the first U.S. city to have a professional baseball team, the Cincinnati Reds have quite a history.
With one of the best retention and graduation rates in the Midwest, it's no wonder that most of our students feel that their four years go by so fast. Join us each May in the Cintas Center as we welcome Xavier's newest class of alumni.
