Description: This introductory-level class provides a basic overview of the Microsoft Project application, beginning with an explanation of when and why to use it. The workshop will then provide step-by-step instructions on setting up a new project; entering tasks and sub-tasks; assigning resources, task dependencies, and target start and end dates; and tracking and managing task status.
