Connecting to a network printer using the wireless network

1. Click on the appropriate link below for your location:
   
   
• Alter B2 Lab

2. When prompted, click RUN
   
   
   
   
3. You will see a dialog box titled Map Xavier Network Printer:
   
   
• Enter your portal ID
• Enter your portal password
• Click "Logon and Add Printer"
  
  

1. If this is the first time you have performed this action, you will see the following: "Printer driver installation may take 3-5 minutes, please be patient. There will be no visible activity during installation. You will see a notification when done".
   
   
2. If prompted to allow a print driver installation, click to allow the operation. When the print driver installation is finished, you will see the following:
   "(printer name) printer installed. Please check printer on your machine".
   
   Close this dialog box - You are ready to print.
   
   
3. If you have already added this printer option to your computer you will see the following: "(printer name) printer reconnection is finished. The Printer is available on your machine".
   
   Close this dialog box. You are ready to print.
