Earn a Master’s degree and sit for the National Council Licensing Exam – Registered Nurse in 20 months

Sessions for both the new MIDAS program and the MSN programs for Registered Nurses will be held on both dates in the Schiff Family Conference Center (located in XU’s Cintas Center). Sessions begin at 6:00 p.m. and will conclude approximately 7:30 p.m. Reservations are requested. Reserve by e-mail to mcdonald@xavier.edu or by phone to (513) 745-1009, specifying your interest (MIDAS or MSN for RNs) and your name, address, and phone. Your reservation confirmation will include a parking pass and directions.

Below is information about the unique MIDAS program for students with a baccalaureate degree in a field other than Nursing.

If you have a baccalaureate degree in a field other than nursing, unemployed, under-employed, or just looking to switch careers, Xavier University has an opportunity that could change your life forever. By enrolling now in Xavier University’s MIDAS program, you’ll earn the equivalent of two degrees in just 20 months. You will earn a Master of Science in Nursing and be prepared to take the licensure exam for registered nurses.

Applications for the fall are currently being accepted. Scholarships and grants are available to those who qualify for this challenging and rewarding program, with graduate salaries starting in the mid 40’s!

This program is supported by local healthcare providers including Tri-Health, VA Hospital and Summit Behavioral Healthcare and Saint Luke’s hospitals in Kentucky.
