On Sunday, I attended the Bengals game and brought my youngest son Ryan to his first game. He had such a good time and Cincinnati won the game as well. For me the highlight had to be his excitement at everything, it didn't what we were looking at or talking about. he was just that excited. The concession stands were a big hit as you might imagine, although the mascot on the Segway was a close second.
The whole experience got me thinking that I wished that all of us can approach more things with that natural excitement. Too often, we are all finding the negatives, what is wrong with this or that and not looking to create the positive. Was the day perfect? Of course not, but that did not matter to my son. He was happy to be there and was ready to see everything there was to see.
So, you homework is to find look for your natural excitement in your everyday. Are you ready?
