The Hoff Academic Quad will enable Xavier to meet the learning needs of 21st century students as well as any school in the nation. The Quad features two new facilities, the Learning Commons and a new building for the Williams College of Business, along with the modernization of the University Library and Alter Hall.

Xavier Commons is a 32-acre site along Montgomery Road on the eastern edge of campus that offers a wealth of exciting opportunities for future development. The Commons (formerly known as Xavier Square) combines a 20-acre parcel that encompasses the former BASF and Zumbiel Packaging sites, and a12-acre site that was formerly home to the Norwood Plaza.
