Welcome to Xavier University's Office of the Controller's web page

The Office of the Controller is responsible for monitoring, recording and reporting
the University's financial activity.  This is done in accordance with University policy
and procedures, external audit requirements, generally accepted accounting principles, and governmental rules and regulations. 

The Controller's Office utilizes the Banner Financial System (BFS), an on-line integrated financial accounting system that records, monitors and maintains all accounting and financial transactions of the University.

The Controller's Office consists of the following areas:  General Accounting, Accounts Payable and Payroll.
