If you would like to list a property for rent on this web site you can email the information to: commuterservices@xavier.edu.

Please make sure to include the following:

• Rental fee
• Security deposit
• # Bedrooms
• # Bathrooms
• Property description
• Contact information

The property will be listed for 60 days. Please notify our office if the property rents before this time period has expired. If you would like to email a picture of the property (outside only), you may do so. We can only post one picture of each property.
