For the first time, Cincinnati (OH) and Covington (KY) will host the 25th Anniversary Regional Neighborhood Network Conference (RNNC) September 22-24, 2011 at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The RNNC is a gathering where over 5 Midwest states, 20-plus cities, and 500 grassroots volunteers, corporations, governments, and community leaders from all walks of life convene, analyze and solve community challenges as well as celebrate the services of the many volunteers working effectively with government. We plan to showcase what the Queen City has to offer! This marks the first time for our cities to serve as hosts of the RNNC. We are excited by this opportunity to showcase our communities!

The conference follows a set format for its two-day activity. Members arrive on Thursday afternoon and depart on Saturday afternoon. RNNC participants are comprised of a majority of neighborhood leaders and government officials committed to improving the quality of life for all residents.

Historically, the RNNC is a proven venue for cities to learn from one another - then to put those lessons to work making their communities even better places to live, work and raise families. In looking back over the conference's rich 25-year life, it has blossomed from a circle drawn on a map to a five-state, 22-plus city network that continues to grow and inspire participants each year.

Consider this our personal invitation to you, your city, your neighborhood staff and neighborhood leaders to attend this year's RNNC, and to experience regional cooperation at its best! Your involvement and partnership is key to the conference's success in bringing forth effective strategies for neighborhood development and revitalization.
