Price Hill
Price Hill Will’s housing development efforts began with the Cedar Grove “Buy, Improve, Sell” program, which has redeveloped 40 homes for owner occupancy since starting in 2005. The project was created by Price Hill Will, the City of Cincinnati's Department of Community Development and Planning and the Local Initiatives Support Corporation. Since that time, Price Hill Will has partnered with the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Federal Neighborhood Stabilization Program, and place matters to expand our work across Price Hill.
