Avondale
The revitalization of Avondale's Burnet Avenue corridor is currently underway. With support from the Burnet Avenue Revitalization Team (BART) – a committee of the Avondale Community Council comprising residents of Avondale and surrounding communities and the local business association, the community’s commitment to “Take Back Burnet Avenue!” is well underway with the first phase of more than $85 million in new development under construction. Covington
The Center for Great Neighborhoods of Covington, in partnership with the City of Covington, is facilitating the implementation of the Covington Third Century Strategic Plan. Price Hill
With support from Price Hill Will, the Neighborhood Business District Gateway Program provides matching funds to design and construct gateway landmarks (for example, structural signage, landscaping, clock tower) in the Price Hill business districts. The Business District Façade Improvement Program provides matching funds to improve the overall look and cohesiveness of the business districts.
