CBI promotes the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and its technologies. GIS is an excellent tool for integrating a variety of neighborhood data from multiple sources and to perform spatial analyses that previously might have taken much more time. No matter how large or small the community people must deal with spatial information: parcel, zoning and land use data, addresses, transportation networks, and housing stock.

We use state of the art GIS to provide a wide range of tools and products to aid the planning efforts of communities. The ability to effectively analyze and display data is an important tool in educating the public and finding better solutions.
