2009 Xavier University Faculty/Staff Commencement R.S.V.P.
Xavier will be holding commencement ceremonies on May 16, 2009 in the Cintas Center. The undergraduate ceremony is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. The second ceremony, beginning at 2:00 p.m., will be for masters and doctoral degree recipients.
In order to plan for these events, it is very important that we know how many faculty and staff will be in attendance. Whether you plan to attend either or both ceremonies, or neither, please complete the response form at the bottom as soon as possible, but not later than Friday, April 30.
Commencement provides the opportunity for the Xavier community to gather and celebrate the academic successes of our graduates. You are strongly encouraged to attend both events. For those who choose to do so, lunch will be provided between the ceremonies in the banquet hall.
