Special Needs Seating
Xavier can normally accommodate all special needs seating at the commencement ceremonies, but they are handled on a first come, first served basis. Please remind your family and friends that earlier is better.
Have your party simply state their need for accessible seating to one of the ushers and they will direct or escort your party to the best available seating that fits their needs.
If accessible parking is needed, several lots in close proximity to the Cintas Center will have temporary “EVENT HANDICAP” signage, including the Suite Reserved, Husman, ISS, C-5 and the lot behind Campus Police. Our parking attendants will direct your party to the best available spaces when they arrive.
