Greetings esteemed colleagues,

We would like to welcome you to Cincinnati and Xavier University. It is an honor to host a conference for an organization that continues to push the agenda of equity, inclusivity and justice while addressing the needs of Black, Latino, Asian American and Native American students at the twenty-eight Jesuit institutions of higher education.

It is our hope to reflect upon the rich heritage of this illustrious organization to ensure we remain relevant and progressive as we embark the 30th Anniversary of the Conference on Multicultural Affairs. It is our desire to discuss global trends and develop strategies that address the multiple identities of students of color as well as social justice, affirmative action, multicultural leadership and academic excellence of diverse populations.
