Introduction

Use this form to grant permission to Xavier University Library to submit a current thesis or dissertation to the Electronic Theses & Dissertations (ETD) Center. Authors who submit items must agree to the license included with this form. The license gives Xavier University permission to post your thesis or dissertation openly on the Web and take the necessary steps to preserve it.

Under this agreement bewteen you, Xavier University and OhioLINK, you retain all rights you had to your thesis or dissertation before it was deposited, such as making copies available on other Web sites or publishing it in the same fom or in a reviesed form, without obtaining permission for Xavier University or OhioLINK.
