This electronic book was created by Xavier University students participating in the fall 2008 class of Medieval and Renaissance French Literature taught by Jo Ann M. Recker, SND de N., Professor of French, Xavier University. Each student selected an early French literary masterpiece from the 12th to the 15th centuries, and rewrote their selection so as to make it accessible to those with an equivalent of one year of study of the French language.
This electronic book was the result of a combined effort of students participating in the spring 2007 Environmental Studies Seminar taught by George Farnsworth, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Biology, Xavier University. Each student wrote a chapter in the book about climate change as it is manifested here in Cincinnati. The chapters were organized into two parts: (1) recent changes and furure impacts of climate change and (2) current and future local greenhouse gas emissions. Digitized Historical Films
