 Xavier's B.L.O.B. travelled over to Miami (OH) for the Boogie Nights tournament as the second seed in their pool behind Toledo. Xavier started Saturday off well by winning their first three games of the day, but ended up falling short against a good Toledo team. After playing well on Saturday, B.L.O.B. rolled into Sunday by defeating Mount Union in an early morning matchup. However, Xavier would then fall to eventual tournament victors Dayton and then to tournament host Miami (OH). All in all, a good tournament for B.L.O.B. as they used this tournament to prepare them for an upcoming trip to Chicago and for series play.
