Practice Schedule 2016 - 2017
On Sundays, except on race days, the Triathlon Club will have 3 lanes available at O'Connor from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm for swimming practice.
Biking practices will be Saturday around 11 am. Where we will meet will usually be announced through email each week.
Strength workouts will be at 6pm on Thursdays on the 2nd floor in O'Connor.
