Martial Arts

For many years, our club has been making strides to give students life skills - whether it be confidence, independence, or honor.  We focus on two styles: Taekwondo and Judo/Jiu-Jitsu.

Taekwondo has to do with forms, fighting, and kicking; Jui-Jitsu has more to do with grappling and submission holds. Jiu-Jitsu training allows for keeping with mainstream MMA training.

We are now offering FREE self defense classes any group, fraternity, sorority.  We show you how to defend yourself using personal everyday items; keys, book, magazine, umbrella ect...

Come see us at the armory on Mondays and Thursdays 6pm.

Do something fun outside the classroom!

There are only two martial arts in the Olympics.

Taekwondo and Judo, while Jiu-Jitsu is taught within a few of our military branches for combat use.

"Taekwondo" means "way of the hand and foot." "Judo" means "gentle way." "Jiu" means "art," and "Jitsu" means "technique."
