Xavier capped off its season by winning four straight games over NKU, Wooster, Denison, and IU in Newark, Ohio at the I 70-71 Tournament and bringing home the first place trophy. It was a proud day for Xavier Ice Hockey that only helped solidify themselves as one of the strongest programs in the area. Xavier would like to thank their seniors: Connor Barnes, Kyle Nelson, Brian Campbell, Tim Becka, and Joe Bauer for their four years of hard work and committment to the Xavier Ice Hockey Program to help bring it to the level it is today. We would also like to thank all our fans for their tremendous support this season, especially the parents of current players for traveling to both home and away contests this season. Hope to see you all at the rink next year. Check back during the off-season for updates and news. And as always, GO X!
