Mondays: 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Boxing with Jon

8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sparring with Coach Mark 

Tuesdays: 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. CrossFit with Ben

8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Boxing with Coach Mark

Wednesdays: 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Boxing with Aaron

8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Boxing and sparing with Jon

Thursdays: 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. CrossFit with Ben

8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Boxing with Aaron

Fridays: 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Boxing and sparring with Coach Mark and Jon

Saturdays: 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. CrossFit with Coach Mark, also an optional 4:00 p.m. Swim or gym work out at the O'Connor Sports Complex

Sundays: Optional practices may be organized.
