Club Sport of the Month

Award Description

This award will be given to the Xavier University Club Sport that has shown superior sportsmanship and success in competition during the past month. This award is designed to reward Clubs for having properly prepared and submitted their paperwork (including fiscal responsibilities), achieved success in competition, contributed to the community through service and effectively raised money to sustain and enhance their club’s operations.

Eligibility

All Club Sports that have participated in competition during the last month.

Selection Criteria

Sports Club must have:

engaged in one or more of the following: competition, service hours, and/or fundraising;
been in attendance for all CSC meetings during the month;
been fiscally responsible with team funds and submitted all necessary paperwork on time.

Submission Information

The completed nomination form must be submitted no later than 5 calendar days after the end of the previous month.
