Classics Concentrations

Classics

To complete the A.B. degree in classics, 21 hours beyond the intermediate level in Latin or Greek are required, to which 12 hours of a second language are added. This second language may be the other ancient language or it may be a modern one. Upper division language instruction is normally taught seminar style and routinely requires a research and writing component.
