Target Sustainability Case Study Competition

Presentation Outline Guide - Due November 19, 2013

Of the five teams that have been selected to provide a twenty minute presentations to the Target Corporation, one will be selected as the winner of the Target Sustainability Case Study Competition.  For this final stage of the competition, detail your case study process by addressing the following:

  • Title of your case
  • Purpose (See the Target Sustainability Case Study Project Questions)
  • Identify the category for your Sustainability Merchandising Plan (Personal Care/Beauty, Home, Household Chemicals)
  • Summary of Analysis
    Suggested Topics:  Product, Price, Presentation, Promotion, Packaging, Signing, Services, Competitors, Economy
  • Conclusion(s)
  • Sustainable Merchandise Plan

For the final presentation, you may utilize technology (computer, projection, presentation software) as well as visual aids.  Following your presentation, there will be a ten minute question and answer period.
