On-Campus Employment Fair

Recruiting for your open positions at the annual On-Campus Employment Fair is the best opportunity for you to interview for open positions and meet student candidates. At the Fair, your office will be assigned a table and students may visit your table to learn more about your position(s). The  Fair is held on the first week of the fall semester. The opportunity to participate in the On-Campus Employment Fair is offered to students who have been awarded work study or university employment by the Office of Financial Aid. Awarded students will be notified via the R2X website (Road to Xavier - Next Steps).

Students hired at the On-Campus Employment Fair may fill out their paperwork at the fair or the Career Development Office will be available to review and verify your forms during the following times: Monday-Thursday 9 a.m.-10 a.m. AND 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. only. Forms needed for paperwork
