Mentors

About the Program

Being a mentor allows a person to advise and impact the next generation of leaders. Mentors have an opportunity to share their wealth of experiences, knowledge, and skills with a student mentee. A student is individually selected by the mentor to provide guidance throughout the student’s time at Xavier. Mentors act as a coach and role model with the intent to promote their student’s personal, professional, and academic growth.

Mentors select their student based on the information provided on the student’s application. Mentors and mentees remain connected as long as each desire the relationship to continue, which could last until your mentee graduates from Xavier. For more information, refer to the frequently asked questions link and the mentor information page.
