About the Program
The Xavier University Mentoring Program connects students with alumni and career professionals. A mentor serves as your personal coach and provides you with advice and information about your academics and life after college. Students are selected by their mentor based on the information you provide on your application. Mentors and mentees remain connected as long as each desire the relationship to continue, which could last until you graduate from Xavier.
