This form contains all the required information for requesting an on campus recruiting visit at Xavier University.
On campus interviews should be requested at least 4 weeks prior to your requested interview date. Information Sessions and Open Houses should be requested 3 weeks ahead of time, and an Information Table at least 1 week ahead of time. The Career Services Center will contact you to confirm your visit (interview, open house, information session, information table). The above deadlines are suggested in order to allow for effective marketing efforts.

Please complete the following information regarding your interview schedule. All on campus interview schedules will be "pre-select". Students will submit their resumes electronically for your review. Students will not be allowed to sign up for an interview unless accepted by your organization. Organizations must accept or decline students, through eRecruiting, 5 to 14 days prior to the interview date. Students will receive an automated email indicating your decision. If accepted, students will gain access to the interview schedule and will be able to sign up for an interview slot.
