Employers: Third Party Recruiters

It is the Xavier University policy to require Third Party Recruiters to submit position posting requests via the online job submission form.  Third Party Recruiter position submission requests containing a full disclosure of their client/hiring organization will be posted to our eRecruiting database within 36 hours.  All positions must be internships or degree required (full-time or part-time) positions to meet eRecruiting posting requirements.  Non-degree positions may be posted in our Career Resource Library.
