Southwest Ohio/Northern Kentucky Education Career Fair
The 2012 Southwest Ohio/Northern Kentucky Education Career Fair, a collaborative event presented by the College of College of Mount St. Joseph,Northern Kentucky University,Wilmington College,University of Cincinnati, and Xavier University will be held on March 26, 2012 in the Cintas Center on the Xavier University campus in Cincinnati, Ohio. This event will provide school corporations the opportunity to connect with hundreds of teaching and counseling candidates from five colleges and universities in one fair. Candidates will represent a variety of programs including:
- Early Childhood Education
- Elementary Education
- Middle Childhood Education: Reading/Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Special Education, Physical Education
- Secondary Education: Biological Science, English, Mathematics, Earth/Space Science, Chemistry, Physics, Social Studies, Art, Business/Marketing, French, Spanish, German, Music, Health, Physical Education
- Montessori Education
- Special Education: Multicultural Special Education, Intervention Specialist
- School Counseling
- Community Counseling
- Educational Administration
Standard Registration Package - $150
Registration for this event will begin in late fall 2011 and the fee includes one 6-foot table with table cloth and lunch for two recruiters. Electricity and additional lunches may be added for a supplemental fee. These optional items must be requested at the time of registration.

Recruiters and teaching/counseling candidates may meet informally and schedule brief (20 minute) afternoon interviews. - 12:00 - 12:30 p.m. - Lunch
- 12:30 - 5:00 p.m. - Interviews
Brief (20 minute) interviews scheduled during the networking session will take place at the school's booth that afternoon.
The 2011 Fair attracted over 400 interested candidates, making this event a prime opportunity to share information about anticipated openings, gather resumes, and screen a number of qualified candidates from five colleges/universities in one day. Due to the popularity of this event, employers are encouraged to maximize the afternoon interviewing session by bringing additional recruiters to interview multiple candidates during each interview slot.

Parking passes will not be required for this event. Employers may unload materials at the east Schiff Family Conference Center entrance and then park in the east Cintas Center lot labeled C-2. More »
