The Career Career Development Office offers a variety of opportunities for employers to connect with Xavier students. Employers who layer their connections and develop a presence on campus tend to draw a number of interested and informed applicants for their internships and full time positions.

Information Tables: Schedule an information table to increase awareness about your organization.

Information Sessions: Offer information sessions during peak recruiting, prior to career fairs, and before conducting on-campus interviews to make interested candidates aware of your anticipated openings.

Career Fairs: Recruit for your available internships and full-time positions by attending a career fair.

On-Campus Interviewing: Utilize Xavier’s interview rooms to facilitate initial screen of students and alumni.

Resume Reviews and Mock Interviews: Meet with students to offer feedback on their resumes or interviews.

Workshop Presentations: The Career Development Office often invites employers to present workshops on a variety of career development topics.

Participate in Panel Presentations: We often contact employers to serve as panelists on industry or career-specific topics of interest to students.
