On-Campus Recruiting

The Career Career Development Office offers a variety of opportunities for employers to connect with Xavier students. Employers who layer their connections and develop a presence on campus tend to draw a number of interested and informed applicants for their internships and full time positions.

  • Information Tables:  Schedule an information table to increase awareness about your organization.

  • Information Sessions:  Offer information sessions during peak recruiting, prior to career fairs, and before conducting on-campus interviews to make interested candidates aware of your anticipated openings.

  • Career Fairs:  Recruit for your available internships and full-time positions by attending a career fair.

  • On-Campus Interviewing:  Utilize Xavier?s interview rooms to facilitate initial screen of students and alumni.

  • Resume Reviews and Mock Interviews:  Meet with students to offer feedback on their resumes or interviews.

  • Workshop Presentations:  The Career Development Office often invites employers to present workshops on a variety of career development topics.

  • Participate in Panel Presentations:  We often contact employers to serve as panelists on industry or career-specific topics of interest to students.
