Looking to recruit the best and brightest candidates for your organization?  Interested in gaining greater exposure on campus?  Want to use resume books and invite students to apply for positions at your organization?  Let us help you!

The Career Services Center will be offering a free workshop for organizations currently recruiting or desiring to recruit at Xavier University.  This interactive program will connect you with career services staff, identify what sets Xavier students and alumni apart from other candidates, and will offer a variety of suggestions for connecting with our students.

•    Discover how to develop and maintain your campus presence – even on a tight budget!
•    Network with recruiters from a variety of organizations and learn from their experiences
•    Learn creative ways to connect with potential interns and full-time candidates – straight from the students themselves!

Employers wishing to learn how to utilize eRecruiting to its fullest potential may also choose to attend a tutorial either immediately before or after their workshop.  Maximize your usage of the eRecruiting system by learning the basic to advanced components with a step-by-step tutorial. 

Identical morning and afternoon sessions are available, with the eRecruiting tutorial scheduled between the two to offer convenient options for your busy schedule.  Space is limited for each session – register today!
